Zerua Unchained is a story that will follow an arcing epic of friendship, loss, and victory all wrapped in one! In book one, we delve into the very nature of what a heritage truly is, and what it means when it could be erased. Book two will expand on the toils of Heritage, and as for the rest…well you’ll have to wait and see! Not to worry though! There’s a little sneak peak at the back of book one.
A STORY OF
THREE KINGDOMS
The Primal Forest: The Primal Forest is situated along the Eastern Coast of Zerua, and is home to the deadliest wild animals known to anyone. Though this hasn’t stopped the people who live there, the Tyrkin, from flourishing in the hostile environment. Using their understanding of the forest and their ancestral knowledge, they continue to protect the other two nations from the beasts kept within the forest’s boundaries. The true origin of such a natural marvel is not common knowledge, but luckily a magical barrier along its Western Border barrier prevents its vicious denizens from scourging their way across Zerua.
The Platinum Dominion: Once the ancient capital of the protectors that stood guard throughout Zerua, the Platinum Dominion is now the largest aggressor of continental conflicts. Ruled by two queens and one king, the Platinum Legion pushes into the neighboring kingdoms in an effort for constant expansion. With their plans having otherwise been thwarted on both their northern border that is shared with the Glacierian Court, and their eastern border shared with the Primal Forest, they continue to test the defenses in their endless crusade.
The Glacierian Court: The last remnants of a fallen order retreated north of the Andromedus, and in doing so they created the Glacierian Court. Proud, stalwart people, they stand their ground against both the intense winters of the north, and the constant incursions from the south. With the Glacier Throne being their seat of power, the proud Polar Knights keep order and peace throughout the land. King Bradford rules alongside Queen Gwyndr as they try desperately to keep the warmongering Platinum Dominion from invading their nation.

It is important to note that Zerua is but a fragment of what was once a much larger landmass. Long ago, a cataclysmic event known as The Sundering, tore the super continent into pieces, leaving the survivors to pick up what was left. This resulted in, oddly enough, an era of peace in which the people of Zerua found their place in the new vastly changed world. Under the powerful leadership of the Guardians, Zerua prospered. Until a group decided to change the status quo, and help spiral the continent into an all out civil war. In the ashes of the conflict, the Guardians were no more, and three nations arose, a tenuous peace reached. However, like most things, peace couldn’t last. And now, war threatens to topple borders, and burn the already fractured land of Zerua. Join us as we witness this new era together.
